All of the flowers in this post were hand-made from gum paste by Dave.

They can be produced in virtually any color to suit.

Purple Heart

Purple heart. Buttercream basketweave with gum paste orchids.

Strawberry Special

Just a simple yellow cake with buttercream icing and glazed strawberries on top and sliced berries in the middle.

Basket weave sides with integrated rainbow colors. The angel is made of white chocolate, with rainbow icing coming from the harp.



Soft blue buttercream icing with white swags. The star of the show are the hand made, gum paste hibiscus.

 Birthday cake done in basket weave with pink Hibiscus flowers. Yellow cake with raspberry cream filling.

A Mother's Day gift for the lady's at the church. It is a white cake with a new lemon curd filling, and a buttercream icing. Of course, the star of the show were the gum paste orchids.
