Multi-Colored Birthday

 Soft Pink and White basket weave with two-color roses.

Hand-made gum paste roses in red, and antique white with a subtle pink  blush.

Happy 75th Birthday

Happy 75th! Antique white with matching roses, tipped in a soft pink. Basket weave with two-color rope border.

 

 

  Baby carriage cake for a baby shower. Single layer white cake with buttercream icing. 

Still In The Race

Fun to do a whimsical cake occasionally. This one done for a 60th birthday was just such a cake. The cake was Devil's Food with chocolate fudge icing and filling. The top was green buttercream grass, and a race track made from sprinkles.

Cake for a baby shower. Congratulations to the proud parents and brother.  Cake was devils food with chocolate fudge icing and fresh strawberries in the center. The baby and flowers are made from gum paste (and are edible).

Yellow (large) with Raspberry Filling

Lemon (large) with Lemon Filling

Chocolate (small)

All Icings were Champagne Colored Buttercream

We really enjoyed doing this project. It is the first time we combined both the cakes and cupcakes. And, The best of luck to the newlyweds.
