Chocolate

Something else we have been able to make is Chocolate Candy. This is our production run for Christmas 2010. It consists of almost 800 pieces of 7 different cream fillings, and Cherry Cordials.

Getting ready for Christmas

A couple of Gingerbread Houses:

Pumpkin cupcakes (Spice Cake). Fairly simple, but great for a party.

Warewolf Cupcakes (Chocolate-of course). One of my favorite designs, but VERY labor intensive.

Autumn

Here's is a festive Autumn creation. Just a yellow cake with buttercream icing.
