This cake was done for a little girls birthday. It was a sheet cake in the form of the ocean, with colored chocolate sea creatures, and a mermaid sitting on a cake "rock".

Football Birthday
A Birthday Cake, chocolate with chocolate fudge icing, for a football (Dallas Cowboys) fan. The Star Logo is made from blue and white chocolate.
Valentines Day
Made up as a raffle prize for St. Valentines Day. Dark chocolate bowl with pink chocolate trim. Filled and surrounded by Cherry Cordials.
Retirement
Just a yellow cake with some "Happy Flowers" wishing someone a great retirement. A lottery ticket was added later by using an inverted plastic fork.
