Dave's First Masterpiece

Dave's first Masterpiece. Hand made gumpaste orchids, and a basket weave buttercream icing. The flowers look like they were just picked from the plant.

Music Book

This cake was done for a sweet lady who happens to be our church pianist. I thought that a music book would be appropriate. The cake is yellow with a strawberry cream filling. The icing is buttercream with white chocolate musical notes on a pink sugar sheet. The orchids are hand made gum paste.
