Our "World Famous" Cheesecakes (one was taken to Greece). Multiple time winner at the South Carolina State Fair.  We have them in 8", 6" and 8" Heart. Here are some examples:

Valentines Day 2013

Tried something different for this cake. It is Lemon Cake with lemon curd filling and fresh strawberries, covered with glaze.

A 30th Anniversary

A 30th Anniversary cake done with basket weave and  cascading red gum-paste roses.

July Events

Purple Heart

Purple heart. Buttercream basketweave with gum paste orchids.

Strawberry Special

Just a simple yellow cake with buttercream icing and glazed strawberries on top and sliced berries in the middle.

Mothers Day

A Mother's Day gift for the lady's at the church. It is a white cake with a new lemon curd filling, and a buttercream icing. Of course, the star of the show were the gum paste orchids.

Engagement

This 12" heart shaped cake was done for a surprise engagement. It is a yellow cake with raspberry cream filling. The outside is a buttercream basket weave with golden yellow gum paste roses.

Anniversary/Birthday

A combination 47th Anniversary and 75th Birthday. Yellow cake, buttercream icing, and Dave's hand made gum paste roses. The small heart was detachable for the couple to take home while the rest was left for the luncheon.
