 An Over-The-Hill cake done in Black and White. Cake is Red Velvet with cream cheese icing filling and buttercream basket weave.
Roses are black fondant. The ferns and leaves add just a little splash of color.

A New Little Pearl

Asleep on a bed of pearls, awaiting her arrival with her new mom and dad.
An ocean theme, with hand painted, white chocolate shells. The cake and filling were both Key Lime, with a simple butter cream icing.

First Birthday

 A whimsical cake for a little boys first birthday. Everything is edible. The turtle is a fondant-covered cake, and the side pieces are all hand-painted white chocolate. The cake is yellow and chocolate, with a raspberry filling.
A smash cake for the little one to destroy. A simple yellow cake (in this case sugar-free) with minimal decorations. The turtles are blue and green hand-painted chocolate.

Happy Mothers Day 2015

Mothers Day 2015. A flowery cake for mom. Multi-shade pink roses on top with flowered garland adorning the sides. White cake with lemon filling.

  • Coconut cake with buttercream icing, shredded coconut and a cherry on top.
  • Devils Food cake with buttercream, and crushed Oreos on top.
  • Lemon cake with lemon filling and Hydrangea blossoms done in butter cream.
All a big hit.
