A little tropical beach setting for a birthday celebration. Similar to our earlier wedding cake, this one is done in buttercream icing instead of fondant. It is a white cake with fresh strawberries in the center.
Created for a close friend's party to showcase his custom, hand made jeweled "One Of A Kind" boxes, and picture frames. The jewels on the cake were actually colored (and flavored) rock candy.
