 St Andrew's Church wanted to thank its volunteers so it asked us to provide cakes with an Oscar Award theme. In this photo, Oscar is made from white chocolate.

Holiday Chocolates

In addition to our cakes, we also have a side line of chocolate candy. Each box contains 1 piece of each of 12 flavors. Also,  we have chocolate bark, caramel corn and chocolate dipped pretzels.

The Candies we offer only at the Christmas/Hannukah holiday season. The bark, caramel corn and pretzels are available all year long.

The cake is chocolate and white with hybrid buttercream-fondant decorations. 

Memorial Day

Made in honor of our service men and women who gave their all. We owe them our eternal gratitude and respect. And to those families to which these heroes will not return, thank you for YOUR sacrifice.

This cake is Lemon with a Lemon curd filling, decorated in red/white/blue buttercream and an edible print sheet on top, and accented with lattice work.
