Organ Music

This cake was done for the 84th Birthday of a very sweet man, our church organist. It is chocolate with buttercream icing, strawberry filling, and a fondant keyboard. Pearl accents and a gum paste rose were added for some elegance.

Labor Day

For a Labor Day cookout with some great friends. This our Blackberry Jam Spice cake, with Cream Cheese icing and fresh berries. Since they were expecting around 20 people, I made a 12 inch, double layer cake.

"Berry" Happy Birthday

This one was made to wish a special lady a "berry" happy birthday. It is our signature Blackberry Jam Spice cake. It's iced in Cream Cheese icing and topped with fresh berries.

Going Away

As a going away cake for a good friend and associate, I did this "Bluebird of Happiness" cake. It is chocolate inside and all fondant decorations.

Winnie the Pooh

For a "Winnie Lover". He is sitting atop a cupcake in a field of gumpaste sunflowers. The cake is Red Velvet with white fondant, on a yellow fondant "doily".

Sweet 16

This was custom made for a special girl turning 16. It is Devil's Food cake with purple fondant. It is trimmed in hand painted, white chocolate butterflies, a fondant topper, pearl accents, and silk butterflies to add the splash of color.

Memorial Cake

This cake was done for the memorial service of a good friend. Yellow cake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. The flowers are hand made gum paste calla lilies.
