Centennial Window
We were privileged to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the celebration for the installation of the new Centennial Window at our church. We created 3 cakes. The first, and largest, was the image of the new window itself, while the two smaller cakes had images of the two altar side windows. All images were edible as were the pearls which decorated the quilted sides.

A Taste From The Past
From an old family recipe, this is our signature blackberry spice jam cake. It has cream cheese icing and fresh blackberries & raspberries on top.
