As a special treat for some lovely people at a local assisted living memory care unit, we prepared 6 dozen cupcakes in 6 different flavors. A "sweet time" was held by all. Flavors were (from left to right):
Coconut
Key Lime
Cookies and Cream w/marshmallow creme filling
Chocolate w/chocolate mousse filling
Lemon w/lemon curd filling
Pineapple upside down
Congratulations and best wishes to Reverend Cori Olson, Rector of Saint Andrews Episcopal Church in Lake Worth Beach Florida. After 22 years of serving God and his children, she has retired. These cakes were done in her honor.
