As a special treat for some lovely people at a local assisted living memory care unit, we prepared 6 dozen cupcakes in 6 different flavors. A "sweet time" was held by all. Flavors were (from left to right):
Coconut
Key Lime
Cookies and Cream w/marshmallow creme filling
Chocolate w/chocolate mousse filling
Lemon w/lemon curd filling
Pineapple upside down
