This cake was done for a very special 80th Birthday. The numbers are done in White Chocolate.

This cake was done for a January Birthday. The color is Garnet (Birthstone for the month).

Chocolate

Something else we have been able to make is Chocolate Candy. This is our production run for Christmas 2010. It consists of almost 800 pieces of 7 different cream fillings, and Cherry Cordials.

A couple of Gingerbread Houses:

Pumpkin cupcakes (Spice Cake). Fairly simple, but great for a party.

Warewolf Cupcakes (Chocolate-of course). One of my favorite designs, but VERY labor intensive.
