The Anniversary Cake. A small cake for the grooms to freeze and enjoy on their first anniversary. The topper is an art deco Lucite piece with Nate, Robert and their wedding date engraved.

Made for a customer who requested a patriotic themed cake for a luncheon they were hosting.
It is white cake with strawberry filling. The cake is topped off with raspberry stripes, and blueberry field of stars. There are, in fact, 13 stripes and 50 stars. The icing is a whipped cream-cream cheese blend.
